Code of Practice

When you come to New Zealand to study as an international student, education providers have a responsibility to ensure that you are well informed, safe and properly cared for.

To support this, the New Zealand government has developed the:

Education (Pastoral Care of International Students) Code of Practice 2016

iStudent Complaints and the DRS (Disputes Resolution Scheme)

iStudent Complaints is an independent dispute resolution scheme established by the New Zealand Government to encourage swift settlement of contractual and financial disputes between international students and their providers in New Zealand
