You are invited to join Catholics, lay and consecrated, and their friends at the 2019 Auckland Eucharistic Convention.
Friday 12 July to Sunday 14 July at Sacred Heart College, 250 West Tamaki Road, Glendowie.
Theme: “Take Courage, I have overcome the world” (John 16:33).
Join us to look at new roles in the Church, in prayer and in praise and worship.
We have three eminent speakers. Tom O’Loughlin, from the UK will address the scriptural basis for new roles in the Church, while Fr Neil Vaney, SM, of Wellington, will discuss re-founding the NZ Church in a Marian image and Fr Roger Landry, a UN observer for the Vatican, will address the personal conviction we will need.
Highlights of the Convention will be the Eucharistic Procession through some of the streets surrounding the venue on Sunday afternoon and the Youth and Young Adults night on the Friday.
Ticket prices have been reduced this year to $50 for the weekend and are available online at http://www.iticket.co.nz/events/2019/jul/auckland-eucharistic-convention
