Curry Mastercook Class

Why not learn to rustle up an authentic South African Indian curry as we embrace these cold winter nights?
Come along to enjoy a Curry Masterclass with Tracey Tucker who will take you through the steps to create a chicken and/or vegetarian (sugar beans) curry with roti and carrot salad. A fun night to cook, mingle and dine!
All cooking abilities welcome.
Cost: $25.00 per person (includes your meal on the night (curry, roti & salad), one alcoholic/non-alcoholic drink, recipe card, take-away spice packet)
Tickets will be available on the college website online shop from the beginning of Term 3 – 20 July.
