Last Friday we had a ‘Curry Night Masterclass’ with parents and friends of Carmel, to raise money for the PFTA. It was a fun evening run by Tracey Tucker, who shared her expertise with us and made curries, roti and a delicious salad. Everyone got involved and it was a great night of eating delicious food, socialising and increasing culinary repertoires!
