On Saturday, 26 March, Hannah Macdonald, Amelia Lord, Chelsea Gardener, Sophie Farrand and Miss Emmanuel walked 23km from Long Bay to Devonport in order to raise funds and awareness for vulnerable children in Latin America and the Caribbean through NPH New Zealand who provide healthcare, educational programmes and a loving family. All the funds raised will support children who have done really well in their education and have entered NHP’s University programme, whose budgets have unfortunately been tightened due to the pandemic.
We had a lot of fun on this walk, but it was not easy, blisters were forming and muscles were aching as we walked for 8 hours. We kept going to help young people reach their dreams and escape poverty. We would love it if you could support us raising money for this great charity.
