At the beginning of this week, four Korean students visited Carmel for a day to experience New Zealand schools. Our kind helpers from Year 10 (Anahera-Rose Dickson, Eliza Mae Arsena, Calia Angela Duenas, Lauren Sargent, Sophie Nehemia and Elliott Straka) greeted the Korean students and brought them to their classes. We then had a shared pizza lunch and played games of Jenga and Twister.
The Korean students enjoyed Carmel for the rest of the day with the other students. We had a nice day with them and they said Carmel was amongst their favourite. They are experiencing other schools whilst here in New Zealand.
