Carmel College has partnered with Monitor to simplify the following processes for students and parents:
- Printing and printing funds
- Paying Kamar and sports invoices
- Purchasing workbooks, jumpers and other merchandise
- Parental & Community Donations

Please log in using your parent email. Do not set up a guest account.
If you’ve lost or don’t know your password, you can reset it by following the prompts on the login page.
NB: Year 7 students (and new to Carmel students) – your access credentials have been emailed to you 24 January 2025.
Once logged in, you will be able to view your daughter’s accounts and any items that need payment. Two payment methods are available:
- Credit Card
- A2A (Account to Account)
A receipt will be automatically emailed to you upon completion.
From My Monitor, you can also switch to Monitor Online (Shop) by clicking the navy-blue icon at the top of the page (featuring a shopping trolley).
Monitor Kiosk
Additionally, there is a Monitor Kiosk located in the student reception area. This kiosk allows both students and parents to:
- Add funds to student accounts
- View account balances
- Purchase tickets and workbooks
- Make donations
