In particular, our donation goes to support Caritas for the work they do to equip these women with the skills they need to prosper such as education, food security and help for their psychological and spiritual wellbeing.

To emphasise our focus on the core Mercy value of Service, and to show our solidarity and support to these women, we held a canvas competition among the Atawhai classes. The theme was about the work of Caritas in Timor Leste and Papua New Guinea with women and children.  It was very difficult to pick a winner but we felt that these three canvases best represented the theme.
