Beats by Bingo Parent Fundraiser

The PTFA are fundraising to provide students with new long term seating and landscaping to enjoy under the covered outdoor learning environment being built later this year.  This space is not only going to keep the girls shaded and dry during break times and when waiting for the buses, but also it will act as an outdoor classroom during the warmer months.
The PTFA URGENTLY needs the community’s help with finding businesses that can donate either a product, service or experience for the silent auction at the Beats by Bingo parent evening on 19 May (tickets on sale beginning of Term 2), e.g. are you a hairdresser or do you have a beauty service?  A voucher would be wonderful.  Do you own a holiday home?  Perhaps you would like to donate a weekend?  It might be your own business that can donate, or you or your family/friends work for a company which you could approach and ask for help with this.  Any feelers you can put out for the PTFA are much appreciated.
The PTFA has a goal of raising at least $25,000 to put towards this initiative; just over half has been raised from last year’s Christmas Market and we are hoping the silent auction at our fun parent fundraiser will also contribute significantly to this worthy cause which all of our students will benefit from.
When asking companies for help, please mention that we will have their logos prominent on the night as well as place any of their promotional flyers and business cards next to the auction items so we can direct customers back to them.
