Congratulations to the 16 Year 7 girls who were received into the Catholic Church last Sunday through the Sacrament of Baptism.  Thank you to our senior girls who stepped in to support our students as Baptism sponsors and also to be musicians and helpers for the afternoon tea.  It was a beautiful Carmel College community event at St Joseph’s Parish.

Thank you to Miss Emmanuel, Miss Coenen, Mrs Capacia and Mrs Ashenden who have supported the girls in their preparations.  Thank you to the Carmel staff who attended the ceremony.  Please keep these girls in your prayers as they prepare to receive the Sacraments of Confirmation and Eucharist with more of their peers later in the term.
