This year Jade and I have completed service with our navy cadet unit TS Leander (Devonport).  We cleaned the plaques along Memorial Drive in Devonport.  In addition to this, I fundraised with the New Zealand Defence Force and the Devonport RSA for Poppy Day through the New Zealand Cadet Forces.  Poppy Day is an important annual fundraiser for the NZDF to raise money for veterans.  Finally, I participated in ANZAC services in Devonport.
