Please join us in congratulating staff member, Kathy Giles, who will be receiving a Hockey New Zealand Bronze Service Award in May.

Kathy is a PE and Health Teacher, Dean and Hockey coach at Carmel and we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving for this recognition. We are sure that any student who plays or has played Hockey at Carmel in the past 15 years would say the same. Kathy has been recognised for her service to Hockey at school and in the region.

A true legend who goes above and beyond for the sport she loves to play and coach.
