Are you looking for easy and fun service hours to do? My friends and I did a beach clean-up on Takapuna Beach where we collected a variety of rubbish, such as plastic bags, face masks, plastic packaging, fishing nets and glass bottles. We chose this action of service as we are very passionate about preserving the environment and trying to do our part to keep our beautiful beaches clean. By doing this, we were able to remove pollutants that would have otherwise harmed our environment and the wildlife in it.
Grab your friends and go down to the nearest beach to pick up rubbish for a couple of hours, while also spending time with your friends and enjoying the sunshine!
