Vision/hearing screening is set to take place during the school day on 18 March.

School-based Immunisation Programme

Consent forms were sent home yesterday for parents/caregivers to read, sign and return to school.

The students can be vaccinated against Diphtheria, Tetanus and Whooping Cough and HPV.

Please complete the forms and send back with your daughter to her CLG teacher by Friday 22 March.
