Mental Health Awareness Week is coming up in Week 10, Monday 18 September to Friday 22 September.
This year the week follows the theme of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. We know that wellbeing doesn’t happen by accident; it needs nurturing and protecting.
Mental Health Awareness Week is a timely reminder that we all go through ups and downs in life and that’s okay. During the week students will explore the 5 Ways to Wellbeing during Atawhai time and there will be activities at lunchtime for all students linked to themes of the week.
