Congratulations to our top Year 7/8 Athletes competing at Auckland Zone day at Mt Smart.  The girls at this event qualified from the North Harbour Zone Day.

Senior Futsal Season 

Congratulations to the members of the inaugural Carmel Futsal Team!  Winners of the North Harbour Secondary Schools season in Term 4.

Junior Waterpolo Auckland League 

The Junior Waterpolo League for 2023 has wrapped up with double medals for the teams!  Congratulations to the Junior A team who placed 3rd, winning Bronze in the Div 1 Grade in the Junior Auckland League.  A big shout out to the Junior B team for also winning Bronze in the Div 2 Mixed Grade after some tough competition this term.

Australian Volleyball Tournament 

This week two Carmel Volleyball teams are in the Gold Coast competing in the Australian Schools Cup in the Year 11 Honours and Year 9 Honours Grade.  The competition kicked off on Monday through to Saturday afternoon and both teams are putting on an impressive performance against the strong Australian teams.

U13 Tag Nationals 

Congratulations to Kahleena Arama-Schwalger (Year 7) – winner of the U13 Tag Nationals Championships with her Waitakere team.

Sir Peter Blake Sailing Regatta

Congratulations to Aurora Edhouse (Year 7), who competed at the biggest NZ and Southern hemisphere regatta over the weekend in very tough sailing conditions.  She finished 1st for her club MBSC green fleet, 7th overall (out of 84 entries) and 2nd girl overall.
