Football season starting strong
First home game win of the season for Football 1st Xl against Marist College with a 5-0 win in the Auckland A1 Grade. The 2nd Xl team have also started strongly with a 4-0 win and a 2-2 draw. Thank you to parent, Andrew Blewden, for coaching the team again this year. The Junior 7/8 Team had two great wins for their first games of the season playing in the Year 9/10 College Sport Junior League, 20-0 and 15-0. This team is coached by past Carmel student, Hilary Halpin. A massive thank you must go to Takapuna Football Club for the home ground for our teams this season! |
