Aoife Kernaghan – competed for North Harbour Diving in the Diving NZ national skills competition at Westwave over the past three days and came away with one gold and two silver ribbons for individual events, as well as a silver medal for her overall performance. |  |

1st Xl Hockey team – winners of the North Harbour Hockey final with a 1-0 match over Mahurangi. They now move into the Auckland wide A1 competition for the 2nd half of the season. This was previously won by Carmel back in 2017. |  |
Carmel girls take out the Year 7/8 Tackle Rugby Sevens North Harbour Festival. A great day out for the 13 girls playing this growing sport here at Carmel!
