Football Skills Session
For all keen footballers of all levels to get some pre season training, this is happening here at Carmel College starting Tuesday morning on the bottom field at Carmel 7.30-8.30am. It’s not too late to sign up HERE.

Beach Volleyball – Carmel’s Outstanding Results
Last week Carmel College competed at the NZSS Beach Volleyball Nationals in Mt Maunganui, with eight teams representing the school across three grades. With over 150 teams and 22 courts in action, the tournament demanded long days in intense heat, requiring players to wear socks to protect their feet and apply litres of sunblock.
Despite the challenging conditions, all our teams played eight must-win games, delivering outstanding results:
Year 12/13 Grade
Division 1 – 7th: Maisy Lendrum and Zahara Tibbotts
Division 2 – 3rd (Bronze Medal): Ruby Railton and Millie Lloyd
9th: Annie Gaylard and Emma Buckingham
12th: Casey Minnaar and Sofia Nersezova
Year 11 Grade
5th: Rowena Tapling and Lily Hall
6th: Emily Meale and Eliza Parkinson
9th: Jamie Beckett and Sophia Railton

Summer Sporting Success
Congratulations to these Carmel students who competed over the summer in their sports:
- Bella Murphy – U17 Cricket North Harbour – 1st place district winners and selection into the U17 Auckland Squad
- Ella Henderson and Isabelle Esnouf – Silver medalists representing North Harbour in U18 Touch Nationals
- Ava Samuels – Silver medalist representing North Harbour in U16 Touch Nationals
- Chloe Davidson – Silver medals representing North Shore Kayaking in K4 200m and 500m races
- Maisey Lendrum – Silver medal representing North Harbour in U19 Beach Volleyball Nationals
- Jamie Beckett, Rowena Tapling, Casey Minnaar and Lily Hall – Silver medalists representing North Harbour in the U15 interprovincial Indoor Volleyball Nationals
