Carmel Equestrian
This week 4 riders from Carmel competed at 2025 Pegasus Cup presented by Spedding Industrial with 51 teams, 186 riders and 204 horses at the stunning Takapoto Estate battling it out for the prestigious Pegasus Cup.
Carmel placed 8th overall with Milly Scott, Tessa Horne, Isabella Brodie and Caitlyn Wilkin competing over the two days.
Individual Placings
- Milly Scott: 2nd accumulator – 3rd 2 phase – 5th equitation – 4th overall
- Tessa Horne: 6th accumulator
- Caitlin Wilkin: 6th equitation
They also received a Highly Commended for their Stable award, displaying brilliant team spirit and sportsmanship across the 2 days. Thank you to all the parent support who went away with them for this event.

Congratulations to the following girls:
- Mackenzie Pearce – 1st place overall in Year 8 Girls at the North Harbour Triathlon Zone Day
- Bella Murphy – selected to play in the under 18’s Auckland cricket academy over the weekend against Northern Districts – Auckland won by 23 runs
- Volleyball seniors finished 3rd in Auckland Premier League and 4th at Auckland Champs,with Maisey Lendrum named in the Auckland tournament team.
