Our Heads of Sport Junitta Moa and Georgina Bryce represented Carmel College at the recent Auckland Secondary Schools Sports Conference. The girls spoke about our Sports Council and blew the audience away with their level of knowledge and maturity.

“The aim of our sports council is to create an environment where students who are passionate about sport can get involved, through this at Carmel we are able to have many student led activities and initiatives where girls can get some leadership and teamwork experience, while working together to achieve a common goal. In order for our sport to grow at Carmel and become successful, it is super important to us that we have leaders at all levels and ages who are responsible for being the student voice of sport, helping us open up the world of sport at Carmel.”
