Formal Uniform
While we do not have specific days when blazers/tights need to be worn regularly, it is expected that every girl has a blazer and thick black opaque (70 denier +) tights ready to wear when directed by the school e.g. for trips, photos, masses etc. Girls may also choose to wear the formal uniform at any other time they wish.
Sports Uniform
Each sporting code has its own uniform requirements and you will need to check with the sports department if you are unsure what you need. Please note that Carmel Sports hoodies and navy sideline jackets are to be worn with sports uniforms only. They are not to be worn at school, on the way to/from school, or at any other time while wearing the school uniform.
Second Hand Uniform
There is a forum for anyone wanting to buy and sell good used Carmel College uniforms (sports and every day). The school is not responsible for any interactions in the purchase or sales of Carmel College uniform. All interactions are between buyer and seller only. Please click HERE.
If students are unsure about any part of the uniform they should check with their Atawhai teacher or their House Dean.
