Caitlin O’Reilly (Y12) was targeting the Oceans Seven – a marathon swimming challenge of seven-channel swims around the globe. But due to COVID-19, like a lot of sports, this has been put on hold.

Now she is training to to swim across the 30km stretch of Foveaux Strait in 2021. If she achieves it, she’ll become the youngest swimmer to complete the New Zealand triple crown (with Cook Strait and Lake Taupo).
