Recently, seven NCEA Level 2 Digital Technologies students had the opportunity to visit the Yoobee College campus in the city.  They spent the day further developing their animation skills using Adobe After Effects.  The course allowed the students to have a go at applying the 12 animation principles to enhance their animation’s fluidity, e.g. squash and stretch, anticipation and pose to pose.

The trip was an extremely rewarding experience as the students were able to develop their skills in a fun and engaging way.  It also helped them prepare for their 2.4 Digital Media internal which is based on animation skills.
