Arohanui to Miss Hickey’s Year 10 Food Technology students for your hard work and dedication of your Christmas Baking.  Your contributions to the Christmas markets have not gone unnoticed, and I am so proud of everything you have accomplished.

You have truly reflected the core Mercy values of Awhinatanga (Service), Tika (Justice), Whakaute (Respect), Manaakitanga (Care), and Maia (courage) through your actions.  As the whakataukī says:
