On 1 April, the Heads of Council ran the first Year 7&8 lunchtime activities of the year. These lunchtimes are aimed to increase the sisterhood among the younger years to allow them to create meaningful, wider connections with their cohort. It was a successful time with high participation and much enthusiasm. By incorporating a fun, yet challenging lunchtime, everyone got to step out of their comfort zone for a friendly competition with many physical and mental challenges designed to work together in a safe and encouraging environment. The challenge consisted of a relay race, physical team bonding activities, caption that meme, and real or fake food in theme for April Fools.
We hope to plan many more of these and give other girls a chance to get involved!
