Year 7 classes recently visited Chelsea Sugar.  So much fun was had, learning about the sugar refinery and how sugar is made.

The highlight of the trip was baking delicious chocolate chip cookies.  The tour around the factory seeing all the stages of sugar and looking into the history of the building and of course the TRAIN ride was another favourite.

Lastly, we went to the Interactive zone where there were cool games and activities to play, like the screens where you could bake a cake or some cookies and weigh everything digitally.

Overall, we learnt a lot at the factory.
